In May, French legal publications Option Finance and Option Droit & Affaires have published their supplement magazine dedicated to Management Package, under the following topic : "Management package: Aligning interests in a context of fiscal and social uncertainties".

Sébastien Pontillo, Partner of the Corporate / M & A department, attended round table discussions during which he shared his analysis of the impact of recent social and tax court decisions on management packages. After a detailed market overview, speakers discussed recent issues, impact of taxation and social risk in the structuring of management packages.
