Zverinats notars nevar sev piedevet visa notariata, t.i., notarialo aktu parzinašanas tiesiskas sistemas, nosaukumu. Domena varda “notariats” lietošana viena notara intereses ir Notariata likuma un etikas normu parkapums.

Etikas principu un normu ieverošana zverinatu notaru darbiba nav katra zverinata notara personiga lieta. Rikoties etiski ir zverinata notara pienakums, ko nosaka normativie akti un zverinata notara statuss attiecibas ar sabiedribu. Ne mazak svariga nozime etikas principu un normu ieverošana ir pieškirama ari judikaturai, kas rada vienotibu zverinatu notaru darbiba.
