Uzņēmumam ir nodokļu parāds no 2009.gada. Īpašnieks vēl aizvien nav pieteicis maksātnespēju. No 2009.gada (kopš uzlikts inkaso) uzņēmumā nenotiek arī saimnieciskā darbība. Vai uz šāda uzņēmuma valdes locekli, kas ir arī uzņēmuma īpašnieks, attieksies jaunās likuma normas?
