Eversheds Sutherland has advised Eyeonid Group AB

    Eyeonid Group AB (publ), listed on NGM Nordic MTF, providing proactive identity theft protection services on the Internet, has on 30 January 2018 entered into a financing agreement of up to SEK 100 million.

    The transaction is made by issue of convertible notes with free detachable warrants to the investor, European Select Growth Opportunities Fund, and to existing shareholders. The financing will secure the company’s continued international expansion.

    Eversheds Sutherland has assisted Eyeonid Group AB in the transaction. The team was led by partner Gabriel Albemark.
