Eversheds Sutherland Baltic offices won Chambers Europe Baltic-Wide Law Firm of the Year award. This year's Chambers Europe Awards ceremony and dinner were held on Friday 7th April at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
These awards honour the work of national and international law firms across Europe on the basis of research for the upcoming edition of Chambers Europe. They recognise a law firm’s pre-eminence in key countries in the region. They also reflect notable achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.
We have been shortlisted for this award for many years now and this a long waited and well deserved moment!

Eversheds Sutherland Baltic offices won Chambers Europe Baltic-Wide Law Firm of the Year award. This year's Chambers Europe Awards ceremony and dinner were held on Friday 7th April at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

The awards honour the work of national and international law firms across Europe on the basis of research for the upcoming edition of Chambers Europe. They recognise a law firm’s pre-eminence in key countries in the region and reflect notable achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.

Eversheds Sutherland has a team across the Baltics that has lawyers in integrated offices in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. This is a unique legal service offering within the Baltic region, combining an in-depth knowledge of the region with a full spectrum of legal services.

Among the deals advised by Eversheds Sutherland’s Baltic offices were: providing cross-Baltic M&A support for Iron Mountain on an acquisition making it a major player in the region for storage and information management solutions; advice to AS Citadele banka on its €40 million unsecured bonds issuance, IPO and listing on the Riga Stock Exchange; and acting as advisor for RB Rail AS, a joint venture of Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian companies established as central co-ordinator for the €3.6 billion Rail Baltic/Rail Baltica high-speed rail project.
