Eversheds Sutherland has advised Podium Fastigheter AB

Eversheds Sutherland has advised Podium Fastigheter AB in connection with the acquisition of two properties in Västerås and Eskilstuna.
Further, the transaction comprises that the seller, Peab, together with Podium shall construct in total 187 residential apartments on the properties, 79 in Västerås and 108 in Eskilstuna. The aggregate property value for the properties amounts to MSEK 482.
Podium is a family-owned real estate concern that owns, operates, and develops real estate long-term, sustainable and with great commitment. Podium’s real estate portfolio is located on central locations in small and medium sized cities in Sweden and includes approximately 1 000 residential apartments with an aggregate property value amounting to approximately MSEK 1 100.
