Eversheds Sutherland has advised ZignSec

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised ZignSec in connection with ZignSec entering into an agreement to acquire 70 percent of BASIS IDGroup. BASIS ID is an ID-verification company that is a leading provider of ID-verification, KYC and AML software with offices in Estonia and Singapore.

    Through the agreement, ZignSec is granted an option to acquire the remaining 30 percent.

    Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André, Victor Sundh, Maivi Ots, Dmitri Zdobnoh and Siim Olev.
