The buyer is Tempur Sealy International, the world's largest bedding provider with brands such as Tempur®, Sealy® and Stearns & Foster®.

Bed Factory Sweden has since 1995 produced exceptional quality, handmade bed solutions for global brands, retailers and hotels in northern Europe.  With Tempur Sealy International as the new owner, the company gets the best conditions for further growth,
