    Eversheds Sutherland has advised ShortCap in its acquisition of AbsorBest AB.

    AbsorBest is a Swedish medtech company, focused on high-performance superabsorbents, primarily consumables for advanced wound treatment and increased hygiene and efficiency in operating rooms.

    Eversheds Sutherland’s team mainly consisted of Michael Nyman, Victor Sundh, Linda Kempe, Joel Olsson, Mathilda Andersson, Rebecca Farkhooy and Elvira Näs.
