    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Strömberg Förvaltnings Aktiebolag in connection with the divestment of two storage properties to Corem, with an underlying property value of approximately MSEK 125. The lettable area totals approximately 8,300 sqm and was fully let to one tenant in connection with the divestment.
