    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the seller in connection with the divestment of Byggnadstekniska Byrån Sverige AB to Sitowise Group.

    Headquartered in Stockholm, Byggnadstekniska Byrån Sverige AB employs 140 structural and geotechnical professionals in four cities in Sweden. The company enjoys strong and profitable growth; its turnover was approximately SEK 160 million in 2018.

    Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André, Gabriel Albemark, Stefan Fagerbring, Alicia Gallo, Anne Riegnell, Dane Stattin, Victor Sundh and Maja Uppgren.
