Eversheds Sutherland biträder Rentokil Initial plc

    Rentokil Initial plc (FTSE: RTO) och Haniel & Cie. Holding Company ingick i december 2016 avtal om att bilda ett joint venture, varigenom en ledande leverantör av arbetskläder och hygientjänster bildas i Europa med en total omsättning om ca €11 mdr.

    Genom affären slås Rentokil Intials Arbetskläder och Hygien verksamhet i 10 länder i primärt Benelux, Centraleuropa och Östeuropa samman med Haniels verksamhet i 17 länder, vilken agerar under kännetecknet CWS-boco.

    Rentokil Intial plc erhåller en kontant köpeskilling om ca €520m och 18 % ägarandel i det nya joint venture bolaget.

    Eversheds Sutherland Sverige har agerat som lokal rådgivare till Rentokil Initial plc i affären och vid den interna omstruktureringen. Eversheds Sutherlands team bestod primärt av Gabriel Albemark, Tord Svensson och Eva Nyman.
