Eversheds Sutherland har biträtt Eyeonid Group AB

    Eyeonid Group AB (publ), noterat på NGM Nordic MTF och aktivt inom proaktiva ID-skyddstjänster på internet, har den 30 januari 2018 säkrat avtal om finansiering upp till 100 miljoner kronor.

    Transaktionen sker genom emission av konvertibler med avskiljbara vederlagsfria teckningsoptioner till finansiären, European Select Growth Opportunities Fund, samt till befintliga ägare. Finansieringen ska säkra bolagets fortsatta internationella expansion.

    Eversheds Sutherland Advokatbyrå har biträtt Eyeonid Group AB i transaktionen. Ansvarig partner var Gabriel Albemark.
