    Dvořák Hager & Partners provided legal advisory to the seller in the sale of Frontier Technologies, s.r.o. to PREměření, a. s., part of the PRE Group. Frontier Technologies operates on the market of energy savings in the field of artificial lighting systems and is one of the major players in this field in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
