Click & Grow kaasas üle 11 miljoni USA dollari

Eversheds Sutherlandi Eesti ja USA meeskonnad nõustasid nutiaedade tootjat Click & Grow rahastamisvooru läbiviimisel, millega ettevõte kaasas üle 11 miljoni USA dollari.

Antud rahastamisvooru suurimaks investoriks oli IKEA poode haldav Ingka Group, kellele lisaks panustasid Click & Grow'sse raha ka Prantsusmaa SEB Groupe’i riskikapitali haru SEB Alliance, USA ärikiirendi Y Combinator, Hiina riskikapitalifirma Yunqi VC ning Eesti riskikapitali fond United Angels.

Nutiaedade tootja Click & Grow suurim turg on USA, millele järgnevad Euroopa Liit ja Singapur. Ettevõte müüb praegu oma kolmanda põlvkonna nutiaedu.

Eestipoolsesse nõustamistiimi kuulusid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots ja õigusnõustaja Marten Amjärv.
