Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co nõustas Novalpina Capitali Baltikumi suurimas tehingus

    Eesti-poolse nõustajana finantsinvestori Novalpina Capital nõustamine vabatahtlikus Olympic Entertainment Group ülevõtmispakkumises ning enamusaktsionäridelt aktsiate omandamisel. Tegemist on Balti riikide seni kõige suurema tehinguga.

    Novalpina Capital on investeerimisettevõte, mis põhineb Euroopa erakapitalil ning keskendub enamusosalusinvesteeringutele keskmise suurusega Euroopas tegutsevatesse ettevõtetesse.

    Olympic Entertainment Group AS koos oma tütarettevõtetega on juhtiv hasartmänguteenuste osutaja Balti riikides (Eestis, Lätis ja Leedus) ning opereerib kasiinosid Slovakkias, Itaalias ja Maltal.

    Nõustamistiimi kuulusid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, vandeadvokaat Lauri Liivat, advokaat Kerttu-Kaarina Tombak ja õigusnõunik Marten Amjärv.
