Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co nõustas IM Arvutite ostu

    Eversheds Sutherland nõustas ostjat IM Arvutid 100% aktsiate omandamisel. IM Arvutid on Apple’i volitatud edasimüüja Eestis, Lätis ja Soomes. IM Arvutid tegutseb Eestis ja Lätis iDeali ning Soomes 1Store’i kaubamärgi all pakkudes suurima Apple’i volitatud edasimüüjana Balti turul oma esindussalongides Apple’i tooteid ja lisavarustust ning täiemahulist kliendituge. Ettevõte omab samuti Apple’i tooteid müüvat ja hooldavat Valge Klaari poodideketti.

    Tehingu peab heaks kiitma ka Eesti Konkurentsiamet.

    Eversheds Sutherlandi meeskonda kuulusid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, partner Risto Rüütel, advokaat Kadri-Catre Kasak, õigusnõunik Marten Amjärv ning jurist Erika Tuvike. Tehingule aitasid kaasa ka kolleegid Eversheds Sutherlandi Läti ja Soome büroodest.
