    Eversheds Sutherland nõustas Lindströmi Tallinna Pesumaja omandamisel. Tallinna Pesumaja tegeleb Eestis majutus- ja meditsiiniasutuste varustamisega puhta voodipesuga, sealhulgas pesupesemisteenuse osutamisega. Tehingu eel kuulus ettevõte Peeter Luige valdusfirmale OÜ Rabatti. Ettevõttes töötas mullu taandatuna täistööajale 56 inimest.

    Lindström tegeleb Eestis töörõivaste, vahetusvaipade ja tööstusliku puhastus-, hotelli- ning restoranitekstiilide renditeenusega.

    Tehing viidi edukalt lõpule pärast konkurentsiametilt loa saamist.

    Eversheds Sutherlandi meeskonda kuulusid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, partner Risto Rüütel, maksunõustaja Ain Veide ning juristid Siim Olev ja Erika Tuvike.
