Eversheds Sutherland Ots&Co nõustas PRFoodsi 15,4 miljoni euro suuruses ostutehingus

    Eesti üks suurim kalatöötleja PRFoods omandas 85% Suurbritannia kalaettevõtetest John Ross Jr Ltd (JRJ) ja Coln Valley Smokery Limited (CVS). 15% osalusest jääb seni pereettevõttena tegutsenud brittidele, perekond Leigh'le.

    JRJ on juhtiv käideldud lõhe müüja peakontoriga Šotimaal, tarnides tooteid kolmekümnesse riiki. JRJ-le on Briti kuninglik perekond välja andnud garantii (Royal Warrant Holder). Coln Valley Smokery on premium lõhebränd Inglismaal.

    Tehingut nõustasid Eversheds Sutherland Ots&Co juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, vandeadvokaat Lauri Liivat ja õigusnõunik Kerttu-Kaarina Tombak.
