Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co nõustas Piano Groupi ostu

    Eversheds Sutherland nõustas ostjat Piano Groupi 100% osaluse omandamisel. Piano Group opereerib Vapiano restorane Baltimaades ja Soomes, neist kolm asuvad täna Tallinnas, üks Tartus, üks Vilniuses ja kaks Helsingis. Piano kontserni käive oli 2018. aastal 12 miljonit eurot. Tehing viidi edukalt lõpule pärast konkurentsiametilt loa saamist.

    Eversheds Sutherlandi meeskonda kuulusid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, partner Risto Rüütel, vandeadvokaat Dmitri Zdobnõh, advokaat Kadri-Catre Kasak ning juristid Marja Stina Saaliste, Siim Olev ja Erika Tuvike. Tehingule aitasid kaasa ka kolleegid Eversheds Sutherlandi Leedu ja Soome büroodest.
