Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co nõustas Linnamäe Lihatööstuse ostu

    Eversheds Sutherland nõustas ostjat 100% aktsiate omandamises lihatooteid valmistavas Linnamäe Lihatööstuses. Linnamäe Lihatööstus on pikkade traditsioonidega lihatoodete valmistaja ja üks esimesi erakapitalil loodud lihatööstusi Eestis, mis alustas tegevust 1987. aastal. Enamik Linnamäe Lihatööstuse toodangust müüakse eesti turul, samas tegeleb ettevõte ka aktiivselt ekspordiga. Peamisteks välisturgudeks on Soome, Rootsi, Leedu ja Saksamaa.  

    Tehing viidi edukalt lõpule pärast konkurentsiametilt loa saamist.

    Eversheds Sutherlandi meeskonda kuulusid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, partner Risto Rüütel, advokaat Kadri-Catre Kasak ning juristid Kristi Jõemets, Jaanus Rihkrand ja Marja Stina Saaliste.
