    Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co nõustas juhtivat termotöödeldud puidu tootjat Thermory ühinemisel Euroopa suurima saunamaterjalide ja valmissaunade tootjaga Ha Serv. Tehingu tulemusel tekkis antud segmentides maailma turuliider.

    Ühendatud ettevõte valitud nimega Thermory omab nüüd tootmisüksusi Harjumaal, Tartumaal ja Soome lääneosas Teuvas. Lisaks kuuluvad ettevõttele saeveskid Eestis ja Valgevenes ning tütarettevõte USA-s. Thermory pakub tööd enam kui 500 inimesele.
