    Advokaadibüroo Eversheds Sutherland-i Balti üksused said Nasdaq Balti First North turu nõustaja staatuse. See annab advokaadibüroole õiguse pakkuda nõustamisteenuseid emitentidele kõigis kolmes Balti riigis. Eestis hakkab ettevõtjaid turuletulekul nõustama Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co.

    Nasdaq Balti First North turu eesmärk on võimaldada väikese ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtetele ligipääsu kasvukapitalile. Nõustaja roll on kasvuettevõtteid juhendada kauplemiseelsel ja –järgsel perioodil ning aidata neil täita First North turu reeglitest tulenevaid kohustusi.
