Eversheds Sutherland Ots&Co nõustas Scoro’t 16,4 miljoni dollari suuruse B-ringi finantseeringu kaasamisel

Eversheds Sutherland Ots&Co nõustas Scoro’t, tööhaldustarkvara loomisega tegelevat Eesti iduettevõtet, 16,4 miljoni dollari suuruse B-ringi finantseeringu kaasamisel. Eversheds Sutherlandi meeskonda kuulusid partner Maivi Ots ja advokaat Taavi Kõiv.

Investeerimisringi juhtiv investor oli Kennet Partners, tunnustatud rahvusvaheline riskikapitaliettevõte. Samuti osalesid investeerimisringis Columbia Lake Partners ja Scoro varasemad investorid, Inventure, Livonia Partners ning Tera Ventures.

Investeeringuga tõusis Scoro Eesti iduettevõtete sekka, mis on kaasanud enam kui 20 miljonit dollarit riskikapitali, kuhu lisaks Scorole kuuluvad ka Skype, Wise ja Bolt.
