Eversheds Sutherland nõustas IPF Digital AS-i e-raha asutuse tegevusloa saamisel, mis annab õiguse väljastada e-raha ning osutada erinevaid makseteenuseid.

IPF Digital AS on Eesti juhtiv krediidiandja, tegutsedes Credit24 kaubamärgi all ning kuuludes Londoni börsil noteeritud International Personal Finance Gruppi.

Eversheds Sutherlandi meeskonnas töötasid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, vandeadvokaat Dmitri Zdobnõh advokaadid Artjom Luik, Kaarel Eller ja Taavi Kõiv.
