Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co advised the merger of Thermory and Ha Serv

    Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co acted as the legal advisor of the merger of Thermory, the leading producer of thermally modified wood, and Ha Serv, the Europe’s largest manufacturer of sauna materials and ready-made saunas. The merger led to the creation of the global leader in these segments.

    Today the merged company, which now operates under the name Thermory, has production units in the counties of Harjumaa and Tartumaa, as well as in Teuva, West-Finland.  The company also owns sawmills in Estonia and Belarus and a subsidiary company in the US. Thermory employs a staff of over 500 people.
