    Eversheds Sutherland Ots&Co advised Lindström Oy on all aspects (covering due diligence, contract preparation and negotiation as well as competition-law related matters) of an acquisition of a textile service and laundry group in Estonia.

    Lindström Oy  is a multinational textile services company.

    Managing Partner Maivi Ots was leading the transaction team, team members were Senior Associate Dmitri Zdobnõh, assisting Lawyers Erika Tuvike, and Siim Olev.
