We assisted TX Group AG in a capital investment in Selma Finance Oy

    We acted as advisor to the Swiss media company TX Group AG when it made an investment in Selma Finance Oy, which provides digital investment services, and acted as the lead investor in the financing round. With the investment, TX Group will continue to expand its Fintech portfolio. Hannu Rintala was the responsible partner in the assignment, and the team also included Henrik Sandholm, Jussi Aranne, Kirsi Hiltunen, Vesa Turkki and Sanna Soukko.

    TX Group AG is a media company headquartered in Switzerland. Through its network of daily and weekly newspapers, magazines and digital platforms, it is the largest media group in the country.

    Selma Finance offers customized investment opportunities and makes financial advice available to everyone through an easy-to-use interface.
