    Olemme toimineet Kide Clinical Systems Oy:n (KIDE Systems) perustajaosakkaiden neuvonantajana, kun yhtiön koko osakekanta myytiin Topcon Healthcare Solutions Inc:lle. KIDE Systems on oululainen, vuonna 2015 perustettu yritys, joka valmistaa optikkoliikkeille ja silmäsairaaloille suunnattua kliinisen datan ohjelmistoalustaa. KIDE Systemsin järjestelmä on käytössä kaikissa Pohjoismaissa ja useissa Keski-Euroopan maissa. KIDE Systemsin päätoimipaikka on Oulussa, ja yrityksen myynti ja toimitus sijaitsevat Helsingissä.
