Toimimme neuvonantajana Oivauni Oy:n osakekannan myynnissä

    Eversheds Sutherland toimi neuvonantajana, kun Oivauni Oy:n enemmistöosakekanta myytiin Coronaria Oy:lle 3.4.2018. Kaupan myötä Coronaria ja Oivauni tarjoavat palveluita uniongelmiin yksityisasiakkaille, yrityksille sekä julkiselle terveydenhuollolle.

    Oivauni Oy on vuonna 2007 perustettu, unettomuuden ja unihäiriöiden hoitoon erikoistunut yritys, jonka liikevaihto vuonna 2017 oli noin miljoona euroa. Yhtiöllä on kolme uniklinikkaa, jotka sijaitsevat Helsingissä, Tampereella ja Kuopiossa.
