Eversheds Sutherland conseille l'américain Renaissance dans le rachat de Lalilo

    Eversheds Sutherland a accompagné le groupe américain Renaissance, spécialiste des solutions d’évaluation et d’accompagnement en ligne pour l’apprentissage de la lecture et des mathématiques, dans le cadre du rachat de Lalilo, l’edTech parisienne créatrice d’un assistant pédagogique permettant l’apprentissage de la lecture grâce à l’intelligence artificielle. L’équipe d’Eversheds Sutherland était composée de Sébastien Pontillo et Brenda Ambelé en corporate, Myrtille Lapuelle et Pauline Sauvadet en social, Vincent Denoyelle et Rémy Schlich en IP.
