01-05-2018
Eversheds Sutherland announces that it has been newly appointed to Metro Bank’s commercial legal panel, following a competitive review of its legal advisers.
The panel, which covers a full range of work to support the bank, compromises eight advisers and will be effective from 1 May 2018. The successful appointment follows the re-tender process for Metro Bank’s Lending and Securities panel, which took place at the end of 2017, and saw Eversheds Sutherland maintaining its panel status.
The team from Eversheds Sutherland was led by Client Partner David Saunders, with support from Deputy Client Partner Joanne Canning.
David Saunders, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, commented:
“We are delighted with our new appointment to act as a proactive strategic partner to Metro Bank and we look forward to building a strong relationship based on core values of collaboration, trust, accountability and continuous improvement.”
