候万和律师是本所亚洲区诉讼及纠纷管理部主管。候律师于2020年加入安睿顺德伦。在此之前，候律师任职于一间魔术圈律师事务所14年，并于2010年从伦敦被调至香港工作。

候律师就各类争讼性事务为客户提供法律咨询，包括于香港法院进行的诉讼、仲裁、香港及海外监管机构及其他当局发起的调查，以及因不当行为指控而引起的内部调查和查讯。候律师也曾就不少涉及跨司法管辖区问题的事项提供法律意见。

候律师的客户涵盖金融机构、私募股权公司、经纪商、资产管理公司、上市公司、大型国有及私营集团公司、合伙企业及个人。

候律师持有香港以及英格兰和威尔士的执业律师资格。
