Practice notes

Natasha is an associate in our core real estate group. She has experience in advising and supporting a wide range of corporate real estate clients with their property portfolio across a number of sectors. Natasha advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant transactions, acquisitions and disposals, sale and leasebacks, real estate finance and corporate support on asset and share deals.

Natasha’s experience includes:

  • acting for retailers in all property portfolio matters including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and asset management;
  • acting for a leading provider of specialist social care services in its asset management of various UK premises, including dealing with changes of use with local authorities;
  • acting for a dental care company in relation to a share purchase transaction, also assisting on a new leasehold acquisition of a dental practice and real estate finance;
  • advising on an adverse possession claim in relation to land located at the rear of a large care home premises.

Natasha has previously been listed as a “next generation lawyer” who “resolves issues in a timely and pragmatic way” by the Legal 500 (2017) and as an “Associate to Watch” by the Chambers and Partners UK (2018).
