Carola is an associate in our company commercial practice group based in Amsterdam. Carola has experience in all aspects of corporate transactional work including: corporate M&A and private equity, corporate restructuring and venture capital transactions.

Her recent experience includes:

  • Advising Stolt-Nielsen LNG Holdings Ltd and Avenir LNG Ltd on strategic joint venture investment;
  • Advising Troostwijk Groep B.V. on its investment in Burghgraef van Tiel & Partners B.V.;
  • Advising Vapo Oy on the joint-venture with BVB Substrates B.V.

Carola completed her master’s degree corporate law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen (cum laude). Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Carola served several internships with international law firms.
