Seb is an Associate in the Commercial team in London, specialising in technology, outsourcing, media, sport and general commercial matters.
Seb’s recent experience includes:
- advising a leading mutual insurance company on a variety of tech-focused projects, including major IT outsourcings, software licences and COVID-19-related issues;
- advising a global mass media and entertainment conglomerate on its technology outsourcing arrangements;
- advising one of the world’s leading banks on the contractual arrangements for a new panel of vehicle suppliers;
- advising a major international technology company on the commercial, IT and telecoms elements in a £750m disposal;
- advising a world leading data centre on various customer and supplier agreements;
- and advising a major property development and investment company on various agreements in respect of the provision of data management and related IT services.
Seb is a regular writer and contributor in the media and technology space, with a particular interest and knowledge in social media, fake news and reputational matters.
Seb trained at Eversheds Sutherland and spent 6 months at the firm’s Shanghai office on secondment.
