Practice notes

Giulia is an Associate in our Financial Services team, having trained at Eversheds Sutherland and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020.

Giulia's practice involves a varied range of work with regard to investment funds and financial products, with a focus on UK authorised funds. Giulia has worked on UCITS and AIFs and has advised on establishment and authorisation, variations to existing fund specifications, mergers and fund terminations. She also has experience in large-scale project management, regulatory and advisory work, legal drafting and negotiation. Giulia regularly advises asset managers, depositaries and other market participants in the asset management sphere on ongoing legal and regulatory obligations both under FCA and international rules.

Giulia read Law at Newcastle University and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London.
