Emily is an associate in our Real Estate Dispute Resolution Team, based in the Leeds office, handling a broad range of commercial property disputes.

Emily advises on a range of contentious property and portfolio management issues including lease renewals, dilapidation claims, breach of covenant and recovery of rent arrears.

Emily acts for clients across a number of sectors, including institutional investors, retailers and transport clients. She also has experience advising in relation to accessibility and the Equality Act 2010.
