Eilian Hughes is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Cardiff. Eilian has experience in a broad range of real estate matters including sales, acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, prelets, landlord and tenant work and general commercial property management. Eilian has also advised clients on various property elements of merger & acquisition, insolvency, restructuring and refinancing transactions.

Eilian primarily works for commercial developers in both public and private sectors, house builders and care home developers in relation to all aspects of land acquisitions and disposals, including site assembly and the letting and sale of completed developments. He also has experience of work involving business parks, out of town retail developments, industrial estates, office premises and mixed-use schemes as well as work in the transport and renewable energy sectors.
