Natalie is an associate in our Real Estate Litigation group specialising in a broad range of contentious property matters.
Natalie is experienced in advising on commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes for public and private sector clients, including commercial lease renewals, dilapidations, breach of covenant and break clause matters.
She also has experience in advising on land compensation matters, including compulsory purchase compensation claims, claims under Part 1 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 and claims in the energy and utilities sector.
Natalie regularly advises on proceedings in the civil courts and tribunals, in particular on proceedings in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber). She also has experience of resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution including mediation.
