Practice notes

Hannah is a Principal Associate in our Financial Services Team. She specialises in authorised funds and undertakes a varied range of work with regard to investment funds including day to day operation, changes to formation and constitution, authorisations and mergers.

Hannah also advises on the review of retail terms of business including providing advice to UK fund houses on unfair terms in consumer contracts and the ISA Regulations. Hannah has previously assisted on regulatory matters with an emphasis on general regulatory and compliance requirements that apply under the rules of the FCA.
