Practice notes

Pam is an Senior Associate in our Construction and Engineering group, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters and has advised a range of clients including developers, funders, institutional funds, occupiers and local authorities.

Pam has experience with a number of dispute resolution methods including litigation in the Technology and Construction Court of the High Court concerning a complex defects claim, adjudication, expert determination and negotiation.

Pam has drafted, negotiated and reported upon standard form contracts and bespoke construction contracts including professional appointments, novation agreements , collateral warranties, performance bonds, parent company guarantees, reliance letters and letters of intent.

Pam has been involved in corporate social responsibility activities including hiking Mount Snowdon three times in one day, PRIME initiatives 2012 – 2014 involving fair access to quality work experience and the Enabling Enterprise Education programme.
