Shibani is an associate in our financial services disputes and investigations practice, specialising in contentious financial services regulatory matters.

Shibani has acted for a number of financial institutions and FCA approved persons under investigation for alleged misconduct and has advised firms in the context of internal investigations and audits. She has recently acted on a large-scale regulatory disclosure for an international bank.

Shibani was previously a legal adviser at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management.
