Claire is a Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow of CILEx) in our real estate practice group, specialising in the education group sector.

Claire deals with a broad range of commercial real estate matters including landlord and tenant work, estate management, corporate support work and academy conversions.

Claire’s recent experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, negotiating Heads of Terms and drafting documentation for a £21 million sale of school land and undertaking comprehensive due diligence and reporting on titles for a number of properties.
