Jaanzeb is an associate in the Corporate team in Manchester.

Jaan trained with Eversheds Sutherland and completed seats in Competition, EU & Trade, Corporate, Commercial and Commercial Dispute Resolutions. Jaan qualified in the Corporate team in March 2020.

Jaan has experience advising and project managing a range of cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including M&A (both public and private), private equity and re-organisations.
