Kasam is a Senior Associate in our Corporate group. He specialises in Corporate Reorganisations and M&A (both domestic and international).

His recent experience includes:

  • Advising a global security company on a reorganisation of its cash solutions business and subsequent sale to a third party;
  • Advising a global healthcare logistics company on a pre-sale reorganisation;
  • Advising on the sale of a gaming company with operations in Australia, Alderney, Guernsey and UK; and
  • Advising on the purchase of a company holding Costa coffee franchises across London and the South East.
