Practice notes

Karine is a Senior Associate within the Corporate Occupiers Team.

Karine advises on all aspects of property law for landlords and tenants including disposals and acquisitions (new and existing build). She also provides real estate support for corporate transactions. Notable transactions include:

1. acting for a global supplier of metals and engineering solutions on their acquisition of a new 50,000 sq. ft. unit in the West Midlands; and

2. acting for HKS Holdings Limited during their £21.5m acquisition of Brobot Group Limited.

Karine is a frequent speaker at external events and is a member of the Global Diversity Steering Group. She is also a professional ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors.
