Kirsten is a Consultant in our Intellectual Property Department. Kirsten is a registered Patent and Trade Mark Attorney and deals in all Intellectual property matters including formulating of opinions, the drafting, filing and prosecution of Patents, the filing and prosecution of Trade Marks, the filing and prosecution of Registered Designs, Copyright Matters, Intellectual Property litigation and drafting of agreements. Kirsten has experience in commercial transactions, Intellectual Property licensing transactions and has dealt with various matters of regulatory compliance including matters relating to The Intellectual Property Rights from Publicly Financed Research and Development Act, 2008 and matters relating to national Standards.
