Practice notes

Wenzel has been working as an associate at Eversheds Sutherland in Austria since October 2017.

He focuses on intellectual property, tort law and litigation.

He studied law at the University of Vienna and completed a postgraduate LL.M. degree at the Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley, with a focus on Intellectual Property and commercial law. During his studies Wenzel worked for Eversheds Sutherland as a trainee, primarily advising Austria’s leading car rental company.

Wenzel Röhsner ist seit Oktober 2017 als Rechtsanwaltsanwärter für Eversheds Sutherland tätig.

Er hat sich vorwiegend auf die Bereiche Geistiges Eigentum, Schadenersatzrecht und die Vertretung von Klienten vor Gericht spezialisiert.

Er absolvierte sein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Wien und ein Masterprogramm an der Santa Clara University im Silicon Valley, wo er sich auf Intellectual Property spezialisierte. Während seines Studiums arbeitete er bereits bei Eversheds Sutherland als Trainee. Während dieser Zeit war er hauptsächlich für Österreichs führenden Mietwagenanbieter tätig.
