Practice notes

William is an associate in our Litigation and Disputes Management group. He specialises in Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, namely: mortgage law and regulation; equity release; defending mis-selling claims; LPA Receiverships and both secured and unsecured recoveries.

His work involves secured debt recovery claims on behalf of major lenders, issues relating to historic mortgage accounts and mis-selling claims.
